The issue in GetHuman-kstrasbu's own words
On September **th **** I requested a ride within the boundaries of Camp Pendleton California. I attempted to use the on-base option and attempted to call a ride for over half an hour with no results. I then switched over to a share ride option and a ride picked me up right away. As soon as I saw that he was on his way to me I contacted him to ask him if he was allowed to enter the gates and drive through Camp Pendleton. He called me back momentarily and informed me that he was not able to enter onto Camp Pendleton to give me my ride. I immediately attempted to cancel the ride but it said that two minutes had passed and it charged me $*. I cancelled the right anyway so that the driver would not be penalized but I am requesting a refund of this $* penalty that was billed to me. This stipulation about drivers not being able to enter onto Camp Pendleton is not clear and is not disallowed when a person with their GPS location and ride start and finish already determined try to select a car that cannot fulfill the request. I was eventually able to get a on Base Service ride to pick me up and I'm waiting for that pick up right now, so I have given lift my business
