On Friday sept **th at *:**pm I was waiting on the driver to pick me up from work to go to my second job which he made me late for. Anyway I contact him to direct him to where I was. In the middle of my conversation he hung up the phone and cancel the ride and charged my card like I exactly took the ride. So after he cancelled the ride I had to wait for another driver to take me to work. I was where I supposed to be. He didn't understand English that's not my fault. So I would like my $*.** to charged back to my card. That's unfair to me. And was late for work. I ride with u guys to much to go through the unprofessional that hangs up on you when you trying to help him to reach me. I don't want know discount on my other rides I want my money back on the card. So it wasn't no no show he didn't show and didn't come and pick me up. I want my money back on my card asap
