About a half hour ago, I started getting dings on my phone. They were messages from Lyft informing me, first, that the driver I requested would be at "my destination" in *****minutes. How did this happen. I had NOT requested a Lyft this evening. The subsequent dings and messages updated me with the no. of minutes.*I received a message that the driver had arrived, then left. Meanwhile, I was wondering how to handle this. Should I contact the driver, or try to contact LYFT. Then I saw the message that I now owe $*. You must have some data in your system. Who placed the call for me this evening. Where was I supposed to be going? How many of use were in the car? ????????******@***.com
GetHuman-postjo did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
