I call lift to transport my children to school every am . Now I am just seeing my children and speaking with them for the *st time since they were picked up this morning, and they are telling me that the driver this morning try to drop them off at the wrong school. He then started arguing w* them, saying " This is where Im supposed to take you & said "where else am I supposed to go then?" they replied with the name of their school and the driver then said " well I dont even know where that is..." This is absolutely ****% unacceptable to me, it's not, OK ,it's very scary And has me very concerned about the safety of your mode of transportation business. I DEPEND ON KNOWING , WHILE IM POSSIBLY SAVING SOMEONE'S LIFE OR CARING FOR ANOTHER HUMAN ... THAT MY MOST IMPORTANT GIFT ARE SAFE & SECURE. *BTW: This is the worst customer service since US companies started sourcing out Customer Service Reps in a completely different company & you hang up frustrated at the language barriers ! ! At the very least you should have "LIVE Chat ". I want a call back about this ASAP @ ***-***-****. There is a huge time delay by having to go back & forth through email.*I also didnt give him any stars NOT ONE! So you need to fix that * stars for him.
