That a response of me not indicating my hope of resolution is absurd! Clearly the $*.** reimbursement said to be returned in *-** business days in mid August and as of today, ******, yet to be done is my desire. Please do so, thank you. ... On * August **** a request was made for a pick up in which the driver pulled up on the side of the building as I awaited in the front parking lot. I had no idea she was on the side. She eventually stated that she didn't want to double park which made no sense with a parking lot available. I was charged a $*.** fee. * It was contested the following week and the customer representative stated a reimbursement would take place in *-** business days. It has yet to happen. * To be clear, a $*.** 'missed ride' charge was made * consecutive times within moments of each other. The first two were quickly reversed, the one in question has not. Please reimburse this charge as it was claimed it would be, thank you.
