Yesterday I arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up at **** Park Lake Ter, Bradenton, FL. I received a call from the driver telling me he couldn’t get into McDill AFB to pick me up. I told him I needed to be picked up at the above address and taken to **** N. Lois Ave in Tampa. (I have used Lyft before.) My iPhone showed he was leaving Bayshore Blvd in Tampa! I have never been to McDill in Tampa and that was not my destination! I canceled the trip and was charged $* even though I was not responsible for the mistake. Not only that but I had received * emails telling me I would get a **% discount! It was getting late so I arranged for Uber to pick me up. (They weren’t offering a discount.) I used Lyft for the return trip and did not a discount!*Credit the cancellation fee and give me a The **% discount I was told I would receive! Otherwise I will never use Lyft again!*Signed: An unhappy customer.*Dail Weinberger
