Today’s frustrations:**Why do I get a driver contact when I have been off-line for two hours? I’m signed off. Now I get get pegged for refusing a pick-up. Your network *****.**Why do I get called out of the airport queue when I am “next in line” and then I am called two miles away to someone who wants to be driven to the airport that I have been waiting at for an hour? I got $*. I went back to the airport and ** minutes later, got a real ride. You folks have to do better by your drivers. Your help line is bullshit. It covers nothing that your drivers need to ask about. Unless we’re crashed or gave a psycho passenger, there is no effing way we can get support. There is no “hub” for Charleston, SC, which means that my “platinum” benefits are bloody useless except for $*.** cents off a gallon of gas. That’s it. There’s no estimate of how long a trip will cost before I accept it. We just get screwed if we don’t.**You’re supposed to be better than Uber. Start working at it and support the people making you money.
