I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PICKED UP AT THE LIGHT RAIL STATION HOWEVER THE LIGHT RAIL STATION IS TO SHOREY'S HE WAS DOWNSTAIRS I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THERE'S A FENCE AND HE CANNOT EVEN GET TO ME I WAS UPSTAIRS I CONTINUE TO TELL HIM THAT YOU NOT SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH GOING IN AND OUT. It was late night cold standing out there waiting on him trying for ** minutes to explain to him how to get to me when I was standing right there on the street corner he gave up hung up on me because he was frustrated he should have his own self you probably was anyways you had the nerve to billl me I can't believe that I've been a good customer for years this is the first time I've ever had a problem with you please resolve it and credit my Mastercard back immediately I don't have money to keep spending on multiple rides which as you will see when you pull up that account my account there right after that were first rides you build me you build me for a second one cuz they're Man actually *follow the directions and got to me very quickly by the way and spoke English just saying thank you please clear my account back immediately
