Help with my Lyft issue

The issue in GetHuman-jojocau's own words
I just got * rides that were under **.**. ... I purchased * rides from Lyft. * to Walmart for *.**. Second ride was to go back home for *.**. * tip for *.**. When I got home to look at my account Lyft had taken ***.** out. What the ****? I'm a senior and that was my electric bill payment. If I get my electricity cut off Lyft will be in big trouble. I need my money put back in my account now!! There is no contact number to call to talk to a human about this issue. I need my ***.** back in my account. That is a lot of money to me to fraudulently take out!

I have emailed them twice now and all they said was they were giving it to support to review.
