I scheduled a Lyft pickup for a ride to the airport * days prior to my need. I had an early morning flight & needed a *:**am pickup. I received a reminder around *:**am, then a message at *:** saying my driver was early & would wait until *:**. I was already outside & there was no driver there. I immediately received another message with a different driver's info that said he was ** minutes out. That was followed by the app looking for another driver. At that point, I gave up, cancelled the ride, & drove myself to the airport. Thank goodness I did as there was an unusually large volume of travellers this morning. Up to now I've had very good service from Lyft, but am hesitant to rely on you again when I need my next ride to the airport for business travel.
GetHuman-ckshortr did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.

I drove myself to the airport rather than risk missing my flight waiting for Lyft. I have yet to receive a response from them, but have used them for other rides since.
