Use a reward code sent to me in no-reply email. ... Lyft keeps sending me promo codes in email which do not work when entered into the app on my phone. The only place on the phone I have been able to fine to enter codes always says the code is not valid when I enter it. This has happened with multiple codes. I try to enter a reward code for being a five star rider and it tells me I am not eligible because I have ridden with Lyft before. What am I missing?
There is no option covering this in their FAQ and no way to contact them about it without disputing an individual ride where it failed to work. And in that case, the site says they will not do anything about it after the charge has gone through.
Probably just telling me what I'm doing wrong. At least giving me some way to reach them and ask.
They have me rated as a five-star customer, that is the whole point of the reward that is not working. I don't expect a reward, but it is unpleasant to repeatedly be told I have earned one and then find I am unable to use it.
Everything I could find on their website. I have replied to their email regarding a specific ride where I had this problem and have not yet heard back from them, though they have not had much time yet to reply.
