I REQUESTED A RIDE WITH TWO STOPS. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE WAITING FOR THE DRIVER AT ***TELEGRAPH HILL BLVD. AND THE DRIVER SAID HE WAS HERE. WE LIVE IN A CUL DE SAC AND THERE WAS NO DRIVER. I CALLED THE DRIVER AND HIS ENGLISH WAS TERRIBLE AND ASSISTED HE WAS AT OUR ADDRESS. I ASKED HIM WHAT CROSS STREET HE WAS AT AND HE MUMBLED. HE CALLED BACK AND SAID ARE YOU GOING TO CANCEL AND I GAVE HIM ONE CHANCE AND ASKED HIM WERE HE WAS AND THE CROSS STREET AND HE REPEATED THE SAME ANSWER. I SAID I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HIS ENGLISH - MY HUSBAND IS FURIOUS AND TELLS ME TO HANG UP - THE NEXT THING I NOTICE I GET A $*.** CHARGE FOR CANCELING. WE HAD LAUNDRY TO TAKE AND THEN ON TO TRADER JOES. I AM UPSET AND DON'T THINK I SHOULD BE CHARGED ANY MONEY. I AM PERPLEXED HOW A DRIVER COULD NOT ADMIT THAT HE MADE ERROR. LYNDA MOTT
