Today Sunday July *, **** one of your lift driver came for me at Roxbury crossing near malcom X blvd Boston Ma my destination was ** parker hill avenue Roxbury boston *****. He is African and was very rude. Firstly i had made a mistake by clicking add friend. And had cancelled immediately before any driver was contacted. Then i reordered a lyft. I realeased i was charged although no driver was contacted. Secondly after driver came for me i was explaining what happened. He then qaa informing what i was to do or he could call lyft and have them resolve it. The driver at this point said he had * passengers to pick up. So i was asking him hpw far away we were from mu stop has i realised he was on huntingham ave thats near parker hill ave. He began to be rude. Making rude comments. Like why did you have to chose this ride didnt u know you could have chosen another. I didnt answer. Then a ride that was to be * to * mins long became ** mins long as i was the *st one in the car and that qas * ** pm and evwn at * ** pm i still didn't reach my destination. Because he now had to pick upa *th person. He also touch something on his phone that said i was drop off while i was still in his car. I realised i was far from my destination Because i was on commonwealth ave. Then we were going around in circles spot where we had passed we were passing agian so i put on my google map and i was asking y am i not at my destination and y did you click that u had dropped me off. Other passengers in the car was complaining. Then he stopped near south Huntingham avenue and told us to get out of his car and swore at his. *I need my full refund $ *.**. This is the worst lyft ride i had ever. Furthermore i still had take the T. To get to my destination. I also deleted the app fr my phone to tell you how disappointed i am. His name starts with O and he drives a Nissan Sentra i dont know what year. And hw is African too
