The issue in GetHuman-bobgell's own words
i am a loyal Lyft customer. unfortunately today is the second time i had a problem with a Lyft driver non pick up.*at around *:**pm i requested a car from ** lexington ave in NYC. going to ***bay ** st in Brooklyn. a car said he would be at ** lex in * minutes. after * minutes i called the car. and he said he was on the way. did not show up and o tried to reach him * times and only got an answer machine. in **-** minutes he did not show up. i tried to cancel the ride. i then tried to get another Lyft but there were noones fairly close*do unfortunately had to take s yellow cab...broken seat and poor air conditioning and a tear in the back seat. took cab since i could not get the failed Lyft transaction off my iphone screen. to add insult to engery i was charged a no show fee even though i had pushefthe cancel ride repeatedly.
