I sent Lyft an email yesterday saying my doctor cancelled the APPT so I had to cancel the ride. However, the driver showed up and they wanted to charge me $** for being a no show. Ultimately, they credited the $** back to my account t but I have had it! Does Uber have better customer service? I am ill and alone . I DONOT need further aggregation..
