Ordered a Bosch dishwasher May **, ****, was told after it was paid for the dishwasher would be in June *, **** and that I would be notified so that the install could be completed. June *th came no call from Lowes or anyone for that matter. (one detail I left out was I started in the Olive Branch Store and went to the Southaven store because I was told this store has the dishwasher I wanted.) Long story short when I go to Southaven, they did not have the dishwasher it had been sold to another customer right before I got there. So I place an order for the dishwasher( the one arriving on June *th,****. On June * I go back to the store (Southaven) only to be told we cannot get the dishwasher, offered to refund my payment, no apology for the
GetHuman5060212 did not yet indicate what Lowes.com should do to make this right.
