How Do I Check the Balance on My Lowe's Gift Card?

Visit the customer service desk at any official store to get the balance of your gift card. You can also do it online or by calling the toll-free number. To check your balance online, just go to the gift cards page on the website and enter your card number and PIN. Both the card number and PIN are found on the back of the card.

There are three ways to check the balance of your card. You can do it online, by calling the toll-free number or by asking the customer service representative at any official Lowe's store.

Checking the Card Balance Online

You will need the card number and the PIN to check the balance. Both are located at the back of the card. Below are the steps to checking your gift card balance.

1. Go to the gift cards page on the official Lowe's website and click Check Your Balance.

2. Enter the gift card number and PIN. Click Check Balance.

You can add more funds to your Lowe's gift card. The gift card also doesn't expire. However, the system will automatically deactivate your card number if your gift card's balance is $0 for 90 days. If you have questions about balance deactivation or gift cards, please contact Customer Support.

Using Your Gift Card

You can redeem your gift card by visiting an official Lowe's store both online and at a physical location. Gift card holders can only redeem a maximum of $2,000 per transaction.

Lowe's traditional gift cards and digital gift cards are also reloadable. To add more funds, just visit the customer service desk in-store.

What Happens if You Lose Your Card?

Lowe's gift cards can be used for buying any items sold at the official Lowe's stores. You can't redeem the gift card for cash. And if you lose your gift card, the only way to get a gift card replacement is if you can present the original sales receipt. Make sure the receipt isn't damaged, or it will not be honored.
