I ordered a dress about $***. It was not what I expected. I returned it and paid $** postage Fee using USPS. I cannot find an email address to inquire about the credit that should be applied to my created card. It has been more than a month and I have not seen $*** credited to my Credit card. The customer service guide is only good, if you can see your previous orders. The order is does not show in my list of orders on the site, so I cannot pick and send them an email.
GetHuman-famousli did not yet indicate what Light In The Box should do to make this right.
