What is the return policy for Light In The Box?
Light In The Box has a customer-focused return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging for a successful return. However, certain items like personalized products, intimate apparel, and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. To initiate a return, simply contact their customer service and provide your order details. Return shipping costs are generally shouldered by customers, except in cases of defective or damaged items. Once your return is received and inspected, you will either receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable.
