I bought a stove with the store warranty. ... When installing the stove, the installer noticed that there was a leakage, and uninstalled the stove. But I had to pay for his services, $***.**.
LG sent me someone to fix the broken part from Excell which is the company they were using then. I had to pay another $***.** for this Excel Technician to install the stove. The burners were working well but the problem was with the ovens, they are not working. It took more than a month for LG to send someone from APL to come to check the problem. The stove is not installed, they couldn't do the job. LG couldn't send me a tech to help with the installation and they expect me to pay for a *rd tech to install the stove before the APL can work on the stove. All these months, Ihave a stove that is not working in my house. I can't afford to pay a *rd Tech to install. I was also promised that I'll be getting a replacement stove since there seem to be problem, but nothing.
I need LG to replace this stove since it has been months and nothing seemed to be working. Its been *months of back and forth emails, and calls.
