LG Electronics Customer Service Issues

I have an ongoing job order with Sears Home Warranty for the replacement of a detergent reservoir that area contractors were unable to replace. Even though a preauthorized job order was submitted to LG Alabama for the cost of the washer replacement, Sears closed the job without any action or response. I bought an LG refrigerator on 26/06/[redacted] from Malhotra Air Conditioning in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Less than a year after purchase, the fridge stopped cooling. Despite poor after-sales service and technicians unable to identify the issue, we were dismissed with a baseless reason that the weather was too hot. Technicians attempted fixes for two months without success, yet they falsely claimed the problem was resolved and closed the ticket. Despite multiple complaints lodged, including escalating to the MD and CEO offices through provided links, there has been no satisfactory resolution. Instead, we are repeatedly pressured to buy an extended warranty. After investing Rs. 65,[redacted] in the fridge, it has become more of a burden than an appliance. My ice maker has stopped working. I tried the test button and it functions properly. It refills with water and freezes into ice, but it won't release the cubes into the ice bin automatically. However, if I take out the bin and press the test button, the ice maker rotates and disposes of the ice, then refills the tray with water. On further inspection, I discovered that the freezer is only cooling down to 11 degrees.
