I placed on line order on Nov ** for delivery to store. I get a notice today, ** days later, that two of my items have RECENTLY sold out. I am livid!!! This is the second time in the past * weeks that this has happened to me. Normally if I am ordering on line it tells me that the item has sold out while I have it in my cart, not over a week later! I was counting on those items as gifts now there is nothing even left to replace them with! EXTREMLY ANGRY I talked with your customer service person who tells me it is an error at your facility and he is going to send me $** Kohl's cash. REALLY, I'M SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPY NOW...I AM FURIOUS! THANKS A WHOLE FREAKIN LOT KOHL'S.
