I am quite disappointed with my recent Kohl's experience. I called last Monday to inquire about combining orders to earn Kohl's cash, and was informed by a representative that it was possible. I proceeded to place 7 orders totaling $[redacted].51 over the past two days, with the expectation of receiving approximately $60 in Kohl's cash.
However, when I contacted Kohl's customer service, I was told that my orders could not be combined, and I would not receive the Kohl's cash I was expecting. I am disheartened by this as it impacted my planned purchase of a Dyson V11. I strongly feel that Kohl's should honor the promised Kohl's cash.
I have been a loyal customer of Kohl's and regularly recommend the brand to friends. I had intended to spend $[redacted] this shopping season with Kohl's. I hope this issue can be resolved satisfactorily.

I recently received an email notifying me that the "doorbuster" item I purchased, the PlayStation 4VR with Order #[redacted], was no longer available. I made sure to order the item promptly after spotting it on Kohls' website, even staying up late to secure my purchase. Although I appreciate still being able to use my Kohl's dollars, I find it unacceptable that my order was canceled 36 hours after being placed. Kohl's was my first choice for this purchase, and I missed out on other retailers' sales due to the cancellation. I believe Kohl's should have been better prepared for the high demand and should automatically ship the item once it's back in stock. It's disappointing that customers have to check back later for updates. I trust Kohl's, as a reputable store, will be able to fulfill my order at the doorbuster price. As a loyal customer, I have faith in Kohl's to rectify this situation promptly.

I am feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered 2 Frozen PJs online for my granddaughters. I received an email saying they were ready for pick up. After going to the store, I was told they were packaged together but found only 1 when I got home to San Bruno. It's difficult for me to keep going back and forth to pick up orders.

I had trouble finding shipping options on your website during checkout. The customer service chat representative told me I could get help and honor the price by calling this morning. However, I was informed that the price cannot be honored. As a teacher, the price point is important for me as I buy gifts for my students. I spent a lot of time on your site and I am disappointed there is no resolution despite no error on my end.

It took me several hours to place an online order due to an issue with my card. I was transferred between departments and even asked the credit helper to stay on the line until we could reconnect the customer service. When I tried to place the order, I expected to earn $30 with the promotion, but it only calculated $15 per $50 spent. I think I deserve a gift card for this inconvenience. Dealing with the language barrier was frustrating, and customers should not have to make so much effort. I hope to receive a response soon.

I placed an order for 4 chair cushions on 11/28. When my package arrived, it only contained 1 cushion. After contacting customer service on 12/6, they reordered the cushions. Today, the package arrived but once again was incorrect. I was informed they would overnight the missing cushions for delivery on the 19th, but just received an email stating that the order was canceled. I made multiple orders from Kohl's this year. In my first order, I got male and female buffalo plaid shirts for my son and daughter-in-law. Despite my efforts, I can't send a picture showing the security tag still on the female shirt. I'm 65 and never encountered such frustration. I researched online and tried methods like the rubber band trick, to no avail. The shipping department should pay more attention. A friend helped remove the tag eventually, but it was a real ordeal. I am a frequent shopper at Kohl's, both in-store and online. Unfortunately, my recent online orders have been quite disappointing. Initially, I ordered a kids vacuum, but received a kids popcorn popper instead. After returning it to the store, I found out the vacuums were no longer available. Next, the little girls pajamas I ordered arrived with cuts on the top, like they were punctured with a box cutter. These had to be returned as well, as the correct size was no longer in stock. Then, out of the 4 Christmas mugs I ordered, 3 arrived shattered due to improper packaging. I had to return these to the store, only to find they weren't available for purchase in-store. A recent order of a kids toilet training seat had a broken handle upon arrival, adding to my frustration. This series of disappointing incidents has led me to lose confidence in Kohl's online service. Despite my loyalty as a frequent shopper, I am hesitant to place any future online orders with them.

I bought three gift cards today, each worth $15, $15, and $30, thinking they were for Shake Shack, but they are actually for Steak 'n Shake. My wife noticed the error once we got home. I rushed back to the Kohl's store in Fresh Meadows, NY, only to be informed that no refunds are possible. I explained it was an honest mistake, and there are no Steak 'n Shake locations nearby. The Returns Representative insisted on no refunds. I urgently need help as I am on a tight budget, and these were meant as gifts for my grandchildren.

My spouse requested Shake Shack gift certificates from our nearby Shake Shack shop. While shopping at Kohl's, I mistakenly bought Steak and Shake gift certificates totaling $60. Hello, UPS claims they tried to deliver my package with tracking number 1Z9700X[redacted]9 three times, but they couldn't locate my house despite us being home. They wrongly marked it as refused. I need my order to be re-shipped. Also, I used $51.46 in Kohl's cash for this order, which I'd like refunded to my wallet promptly for future use if the order cannot be fulfilled.

I recently purchased a queen set of Sonoma Sheets in the [redacted] Gray Tile pattern, specifically the 63sns40psqn style that claims to be 'wrinkle-resistant'. However, after washing them, I noticed significant puckering along the trim on the pillowcases and the top sheet, resembling a rubber band. Upon investigation, I discovered that the trim contained a thin white cord that shrank during washing while the sheets did not, causing the puckering. I have photos available for reference. I took the initiative to trim the white cord on one pillowcase, which immediately resolved the issue. I did the same for the other pillowcase and top sheet, sewing them closed for safety. I believe this is a design defect that needs to be addressed. I don't think customers should have to spend time correcting such issues. I would appreciate a partial refund due to the time and effort I've had to put in. My payment was made using my Kohl's Charge Card on 2/23/20, with order number [redacted]/[redacted]/[redacted]/7. As a loyal Kohl's customer and MVC member, I recently experienced issues using my Kohl's cash. Despite attempting to use it before the expiration date, I was informed I would have to pay for shipping, which was unexpected given my status. When I found out there was a 10-day grace period, I tried to place a new order, only to discover my Kohl's cash was now deemed invalid.

Dear favorite store, Recently, I had an order with an accompanying $40 Kohl's cash, which was going to expire on 4/11; However, due to COVID-19-related store closures, I couldn't use it in time. I am reluctant to place another $75 order just to qualify for free shipping, which I usually don't pay for. Unfortunately, Kohl's hasn't adjusted their shipping policy like other stores. Consequently, I lost my $40 Kohl's cash, which wasn't extended like their return policy. I kindly request to have the $40 reinstated with an extended deadline, similar to the returns. If this isn't possible, please inform me so I can return the items once the store reopens.
