On February 1, [redacted], I placed an online order for 2 car seats totaling $[redacted].48 including tax. I was told I would receive a 15% Spouse Employee discount after the shipment. Despite talking to two customer service representatives who confirmed the discount would apply, it hasn't shown up on my March bill. Today, when I inquired about it, a different representative, who was hard to understand, said the discount didn't apply. The transaction details are as follows: 2/1/[redacted] #[redacted] $[redacted].48. I am very frustrated and unsure where to go from here. I appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this issue.

Hello, I’m Maria Shahen, a loyal Kohl's credit card holder for 8 years. Yesterday, I faced an issue while trying to use my 30% off coupon online. Despite making a payment I missed, I was promised by a customer service representative that my order would go through smoothly. Unfortunately, even after settling the missed payment, I encountered difficulties completing my purchase multiple times, causing me to lose out on my discounts. I'm disappointed in this experience as I missed out on utilizing my discounts within the given timeframe. I shopped at a Kohl’s store in Rolla, MO on Sunday, April 7th where I earned Kohl’s cash. Unfortunately, I accidentally threw away the receipt and the Kohl’s cash. After trying to reach customer service without success, I contacted the store who then provided me with a corporate number. When I called, I was able to retrieve the Kohl’s cash number, but they couldn’t access the PIN number. The store also couldn’t assist and advised me to contact customer service again. I’m wondering if there is any way to recover the PIN number for misplaced Kohl’s cash as I can’t dedicate all day to phone calls. Thank you.

I made an online purchase last night at Kohl's using my Kohl's charge, Yes 2 You rewards cards, and a 30% off coupon. This morning, I noticed that I didn't receive an email confirmation. I called customer service and was informed that my order didn't go through because I checked out as a guest. The representative shared the order number with me and mistakenly placed the order herself despite my intention to do it. Currently, I am still waiting for the order confirmation.

I visited the Kohl's store in Fairfield, CT last night at 8 p.m. I encountered an issue with the assistant manager, Kevin, at the jewelry department. Despite my attempts to get assistance with a pair of earrings, Kevin did not acknowledge me, showed frustration, and did not respond to my questions. His attitude was off-putting, leading me and my sister to leave without completing our purchase. This is hindering my ability to secure a home loan. I am seeking assistance for a goodwill deletion or guidance on where to send an email or letter. I urgently need to remove the late fee from my credit report to be approved for a home for myself and my children. I recently became a new customer at Kohl's and applied for a Kohl's charge credit card during my shopping visit two weeks ago. Fortunately, my application was swiftly approved and I received my credit card just yesterday. Excited to make more purchases now that I had the card in hand, I was disappointed to learn that my reward points (Kohl's cash) had expired during the waiting period. I had assumed they would automatically be added to my Kohl's app wallet or when I linked my credit card to my online account. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I realized my Kohl's cash rewards had already expired. I was hoping for assistance on whether it would be possible for me to still use my expired Kohl's cash rewards.

On June 11th, I bought a watch online with order number [redacted]-2. The watch didn't fit, so I visited Kohl's on PowerWrite in Colorado Springs to exchange it. I decided on a Relic by Fossil watch style ZR34270 priced at $70. Despite the item not being on sale, I was unable to receive store credit and was told to get a refund. While trying to purchase the new watch using my credit card ending in [redacted] and $20 in Kohl's Cash, I was denied using $10 due to a prior return. This frustrated me as I had made multiple purchases this month. I live far from a Kohl's store and made a special trip to use the Kohl's Cash for a better watch. To prevent losing the remaining $10, I ended up purchasing something I didn't need. After being a loyal Kohl's customer for years, this experience left me questioning future purchases and my loyalty. I am reaching out regarding my struggles with the Kohl's App and contacting Customer Service. Due to my unpredictable work schedule and responsibilities as a single mom, finding time to resolve these issues is challenging. I encountered difficulties processing an order before a sale ended, with items needing adjustments and the app crashing multiple times. Furthermore, a time zone discrepancy caused me to miss out on utilizing a wallet offer for a brief window. I placed a pickup order at the nearby Kohls, and it was supposed to be ready in 2 hours. When I visited two days later, my order was still processing even though the payment had been taken from my account. After speaking with the staff at the pickup counter, they informed me that my order would be shipped, and I would receive an email to return to the store. However, several days have gone by, and my order is still processing. It's frustrating because it was meant to be a quick pickup order. I usually recommend Kohls to my loved ones, but this experience has been disappointing. This order was intended as a gift for an upcoming trip at the end of July, and I am unable to get any updates or request a refund as my order is still in fulfillment.

Since August 22, [redacted], I have been facing a difficult time. I lost everything, including the love of my life, the respect of my family and friends. I have lost hope in America, and I am struggling with dark thoughts. I was unfairly arrested and put in a police car in front of my crying fiance. Despite my pleas of innocence, no one would listen to me. I need help and support during this challenging period in my life.

I am attempting to reach out to discuss my disappointment with the service I received at Kohl's in Oceanside, California. The Assistant Manager provided incorrect information and was unhelpful. I was misled regarding the return policy for Fitbit products and would like to return an unopened item. Despite being assured I would receive a call back, I did not. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance and clarity provided by Kohl's representatives. I believe it is essential for the company to address these issues to ensure accurate information is given to customers in the future. My main concern is the misleading information I received during my interactions with Kohl's employees. My wife and I updated our address on our Kohl's Account in September/October of [redacted]. Despite our efforts, promotional materials are still being sent to our old address at 3 Maple Creek Road, Winnipeg MB R3Y0M5, Canada. We are now requesting that all future promotions be sent to our current address at [redacted] Lake Bend Road, Winnipeg MB R3Y0M5, Canada. Today, we spoke to a representative who took note of our issue, but could not guarantee that the address change would be successful. During my last visit to the Kohl's store in Grand Forks, I sought assistance from customer service but was told they lacked the necessary system access to help us. I kindly ask for assistance in ensuring that promotional material is redirected to our updated address for both my account and my wife's account.

I received two in-store Kohl's Cash vouchers - one for $67.26 expiring today, and the other for $92.22. Both were visible on my account yesterday for online use, but have disappeared today. After contacting customer service, I was advised to place my order with them as the representative confirmed the presence of both Kohl's Cash amounts. Unfortunately, when I tried to place my order over the phone tonight, customer service was closed. I kindly request that the $67.26 Kohl's Cash, expiring today, be reinstated on my account promptly so I can place my order tomorrow using the voucher. It is frustrating that I am unable to utilize my Kohl's Cash due to this online issue. Please ensure the amount is added back to my account for my order tomorrow when customer service is available.

I would like to suggest that Kohl’s in Parkersburg, WV, or possibly Mineral Wells, consider having an electric wheelchair in the store. It is my favorite store, but I am unable to shop there frequently due to excruciating back pain from arthritis. I need to sit to relieve the pain, and the manual wheelchair provided is too difficult for me to operate. I have a genuine need for it and am not just being lazy. I would appreciate if Kohl’s could accommodate this request, as I prefer shopping in-store rather than online due to wanting to try on products and see them in person. I tried to place an order for an item using my $20 Kohl's cash and promos before midnight on 7/28/19 when my Kohl's cash expired. Initially, I had to add money to my card. Then, I encountered issues trying to place the order online. I received a prompt to call for assistance, but customer service was closed. When I attempted to select a pick-up location, I first chose Westampton, only to find out the item was unavailable there. I then tried to pick up in Marlton, but the item was not available there as well. Eventually, I decided to pay for shipping at $8.95, totaling around $16. Unfortunately, during the process, the $20 Kohl's cash expired along with the $2 promo code. I would appreciate any help with this situation, as I encountered difficulties with the order process and lost the discounts unexpectedly.

Despite trying for 40 minutes before July 29th, 11:59 pm (CDT), I was unable to place an order over $[redacted] which should have included $20 Kohl’s cash and a 20% friends and family discount. Although I successfully received the 20% discount, the $20 Kohl’s cash did not apply due to technical difficulties. My app is up to date and my payment method and online connection are functioning properly. I am eager to proceed with my order, ensuring the $20 Kohl’s cash is included along with the 20% discount. This would leave my “wallet” with $40 Kohl’s cash and over [redacted] points, earning an additional $10, plus adding another $5 from in-store pickup. I recently made a payment of $[redacted] a few days ago, but it hasn't been registered. This isn't the first time this issue has occurred. Last night, I attempted to make two separate payments through the website, but it didn't look like they went through. Today, I called the customer service number at [redacted] and spoke to a lady who mentioned that those two payments are pending and that there will be a late fee. I expressed my frustration as this has happened before, and I insisted there should not be a late fee. She offered to refund half of the fee. I've been a loyal Kohls shopper since [redacted] and informed her I might close my account. Ideally, my balance should now be around $[redacted] with the two pending payments.

I ordered a set of dishes to be shipped to me because they were not available in-store. I paid with a store credit from a gift I received. The dishes cost slightly less than my credit, so I bought another item in-store with the leftover amount. The delivered dishes were broken due to poor packaging. I returned them to Kohl's for an exchange but was refunded instead. I had used a promotional offer which had expired. Since I received store credit, I couldn't purchase a new set of dishes of the same value. If I hadn't provided a receipt, I could have made an exchange. Now I'm left with store credit that I cannot use. I would like to purchase a dish set of equal value to the original one. Thank you.

After recently moving, I updated my billing address with Kohl's online, but encountered difficulty changing the shipping address due to lack of confirmation. Although our new address is recognized by the Post Office, Kohl's could not confirm it. Interestingly, other retailers like Home Depot and Wayfair successfully delivered items to our new address. When placing a recent order with Kohl's, I manually entered our new address, but the order summary still showed our old one. Unfortunately, I realized this too late to cancel the order, resulting in it being sent to our old apartment where we no longer reside. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I struggled to understand their foreign representatives. Feeling frustrated with the situation and considering moving on from Kohl's.
