I am frustrated with Kohl's once again. My credit report shows I owe $91, but I recently made purchases and haven't had a chance to pay yet. The payment was due on January 7th, but due to these repeated issues, my credit score dropped by another 10 points. Kohl's actions have significantly hurt my credit, prompting me to consider canceling my card. I want this situation resolved, my credit score restored, and for Kohl's to communicate with the credit company to rectify the 40+ point drop. Thank you.

This is my third communication to GET HUMAN. I provided all my order details and banking information, but the process was so challenging that my order spanned from 12/19/[redacted] to 12/20/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation number, making me concerned about the security of my banking details. I am requesting for a Kohl's manager to review my initial plea for assistance at GET HUMAN and recreate my order. I kindly ask Kohl's to cover the cost of my order and have it shipped to me. Additionally, I would appreciate if Kohl's could inform me of any security breach regarding my banking information. Due to health reasons, I am anxious and would like a resolution soon. Thank you. I received an email from Kohl's stating that an order has been returned, but it lacks crucial details like an order number, date, description, or amount. This lack of information makes it challenging to know which item(s) were returned and the refund amount. Communicating with Kohl's about online orders has become difficult, as they usually require specific order details. Even visiting a store for customer service has not been helpful in resolving issues. Kohl's also mentioned a new option for customers to order online and pick up in-store for faster service. They provided a customer service number for inquiries. The email did not provide clear details on the returned order, causing confusion and making it challenging to understand the situation.

I placed an order (# [redacted]) for 2 nursing bras and a nursing shirt. While the bras have been received, the nursing shirt is yet to arrive. Tracking information states that the package is en route to a USPS facility with no further updates available. The shirt was purchased on November 28, [redacted], and has been in transit for almost a month now. I anticipated its arrival along with the bras, which reached me earlier.

I made a purchase on December 4 with Order #[redacted]. I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of a pair of pajamas. Regrettably, I have not received any tracking details except for a notice of delay. Despite the payment being processed from my account, the pajamas have not reached me. My attempts to reach out via chat ended in continuous disconnections. I am concerned about whether I will receive the item by December 23. If the pajamas were unavailable, I should have been informed. This situation is causing me significant stress since this is the only gift I bought for this individual. I hope to receive an update on the expected delivery date of my package.

I have identified duplicate charges on my checking account. Despite speaking with three Customer Representatives, who were unable to see the charges on my Kohl's statement, the issue remains unresolved. I provided Trace Numbers from my Credit Union to the representatives without success. Even contacting the Corporate Office led to speaking with an Asian English-speaking representative. I am requesting assistance in reaching a native English-speaking representative to address and rectify this error. Please provide a contact name, phone number, or email for resolution. I ordered the LOL 2-in-1 Glamper, but when I received it, I discovered I was given the LOL 4-in-1 Glamper instead. This mix-up is disappointing as it was a gift for my child from Santa, and it's not what she wanted. Unfortunately, there isn't enough time to exchange it for the correct one, and I could have bought the 4-in-1 elsewhere for a better price on Black Friday. I am quite upset with this situation.

I placed an order for a pair of girls' Vans size 12 three weeks ago. The package was supposed to be delivered overnight, but it hasn't arrived yet. I called customer service, and the woman I spoke with hung up on me when she couldn't locate my Kohl's charge card. I ordered these shoes for my daughter for Christmas with overnight shipping so they would arrive on time. I'm shocked by the poor customer service I just experienced from Kohl's. These shoes were at the top of my daughter's Christmas list. I need this problem resolved, and the employee who hung up on me should face consequences. Please assist me. Thank you.

We bought several Christmas gifts from Kohl's and received $50 in Kohl's Cash. Unfortunately, our order was delayed, so by the time it arrived, the Kohl's Cash had expired. I was eager to use it but found out it was no longer valid when I tried to shop. I wish there was a way to extend the expiration date, perhaps until after the purchased items arrive. It's frustrating to lose out on something I earned. I hope Kohl's can help me reinstate the $50 Kohl's Cash I missed out on. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. -David H.

Regarding order #[redacted] placed by G.K. on 12/28/[redacted], I ordered the Women's Lee Relaxed Fit Straight jeans in Color Bewitched, Size 16 short. Initially intending for the item to be sent to Kohl's Bay Brook in Friendswood, TX, the order was mistakenly placed for Garner White Oak Crossing in North Carolina. I still wish to receive the product at my address [redacted] Tanglewood Dr., Friendswood, TX [redacted], and I am willing to cover the shipping fee. I am Nancy McCain. I placed Order #[redacted] on November 30th. I only received 2 out of the 7 pieces that were meant to be gifts. There have been no updates on shipping since December 15th for items that were shipped on December 4th. I have already been charged for all the items. I am requesting a refund for the remaining pieces since I had to purchase new gifts. I have been on hold on the phone for over 40 minutes, but I have to hang up due to an appointment. After this experience, I may refrain from shopping online at Kohl's in the future; I may only shop in-store. I am very disappointed.

I bought a watch for my wife, and the employee assured me they would resize the band after Christmas. However, they are now refusing to do so. I will have to take the watch elsewhere for resizing at my own cost. Despite contacting customer service and speaking with the store manager, no assistance was provided. It is disheartening when stores do not uphold their promises to customers.

I am having trouble reaching Kohl's by phone, and it seems like there is no live chat or email support available. I am facing an issue with a missing set of sheets. While I was partially reimbursed for one set, I believe I should not be charged for the shipping of that item. I am still waiting for a refund of $51.00 for the second set of sheets that I had canceled. It is frustrating that there is no way to directly discuss this matter with a representative. I am hoping for assistance in getting the $51.00 refund credited back to my bank account, as well as for the shipping cost of the first item to be refunded.

I placed an order for a Shark VacMop (VM [redacted]) weeks ago as a Christmas gift, but only part of the order arrived on Dec. 5, the pad refills and the two-liter cleanser. The mop was not included. I went to UPS in Piqua, OH today to inquire about my missing order but was informed that the mop was never delivered by Kohl's store in Mentor, OH. The invoice number is #[redacted], and the tracking number is 1ZY6953X[redacted]. I am disappointed as I paid for an item that I never received, and it could have been stolen from my porch. This was meant to be my Christmas gift to myself, and it's frustrating as I used the remaining money on my husband's gifts. I had a significant amount of purchases at Kohl's this holiday season.

On November 30th, I placed order #[redacted]. Unfortunately, three out of the seven items I ordered were not received. Customer service reissued two of the three missing items (one was no longer available). Today, one of the reissued items arrived, but it is too large despite typically wearing a size L. I now need to return this item, however, I am being asked to cover the return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. I had to purchase replacement Christmas gifts for the items that never arrived. I am displeased with the "no hassle returns" policy. I believe I have already faced enough inconvenience and would appreciate having these fees waived. - Kathy Kosman

As a dedicated Kohl's shopper, I recently learned about Kohl's decision not to carry MyPillow products due to ties with Mike Lindell. I find this move concerning and against freedom of speech values in America. I urge Kohl's to reconsider their stance and look into the [redacted] election intricacies. Perhaps the CEO could address the concerns of the 75 million Americans about voting irregularities. Allegations such as reduced vote totals, suspicious activities in Atlanta, and foreign interference raise valid questions. Should Kohl's cease selling Chinese-made products given reports of election interference by China? These issues leave me deeply disappointed in Kohl's.

Boycott Kohl's: Regarding My Pillow - I used to work at Eastern Airlines, once the world's largest airline, which closed in [redacted]. Nowadays, malls are emptier, as brick-and-mortar stores face online competition. Kohl's, by discontinuing My Pillow over political reasons, risks alienating half its customer base. Many retailers fail due to a lack of understanding their customers, which seems to be happening here. Mixing business with politics could be detrimental. I, Scott Given from Raleigh, NC, urge Kohl's to reconsider this decision. Let's avoid repeating history where companies suffer from political entanglements. Kohl's, stay a-political for your own sake. The disenchantment of customers may lead to your downfall. Our family will not support Kohl's until the ban on My Pillow is lifted. Let's hope for a change soon.

It is our belief that demanding free and fair elections is a fundamental right that all Americans should stand behind. We believe that every American, including the 75 million individuals who supported Donald J. Trump, deserves the opportunity to have their voices heard in court. Denying this right is a disservice to our civil liberties and undermines the principles of democracy. Dear Kohl's, I have been a loyal customer for many years. Recently, I was disappointed to learn that "My Pillow" by Mike Lindell would no longer be carried by your company. As a survivor of Communism, I find it troubling that a product would be discontinued for political reasons in the United States. I was informed it was due to poor sales, but the timing makes me question that explanation. I am seeking clarity on why My Pillow was discontinued and whether your company is comfortable dropping vendors over political affiliations. This decision, paired with censorship, reminds me of Communist tactics. I cannot support a company that engages in such behavior. Unfortunately, my family and I will no longer shop at your stores, despite being long-time customers. A vendor's political beliefs should not impact the sale of their products. In October, I purchased a 14k gold necklace for my husband, valuing $[redacted], to pair with his cross. Unfortunately, the chain has required repairs twice since then, costing me $40 the first time and $85 for the most recent fix. Despite the associate's assurance of its quality, the chain has been unreliable. Comparatively, a chain my husband got me from JC Penney has proven more durable despite being thinner. I'm disheartened by the lack of warranty at the store as the necklace has become a source of disappointment rather than the special gift it was intended to be. While I possess the tags, regrettably, the receipt is nowhere to be found.
