I ordered a pickup item at my nearest kohls. Ot stated it would be ready with in * hours. I went two days layer only to find out my order is still being processed. The amount was charged to my account so it's not my end. I talked to the lady at the pickup counter and she said my order would be shipped and I needed to wait till i got an email to come back to the store. It's been several days now and my order is still being processed. And it was a pick up order that was supposed to be ready in hours. I always recomend kohls to family and friends but I dont see how the ball got dropped so bad. This order is a gift for a trip I am taking during the last week of july and i still cant get an update or ask for a refund because my order is still in fulfillment.
