My computer crashed. After reinstalling, I can't get into my Kindle Author Platform site. None of the passwords I tried work. My books are still for sale on Kindle, but I can't reach the platform for authors. There are two accounts. I can sign into the old one that was never used, and it shows no books on my bookshelf or any payments. However, I know I had some and always have, and plus I have lots of books on my bookshelf. Again, I can sign into the old empty account, but not the correct one. It won't accept any password I try. I tried password verification and that doesn't seem to work either. I need to change which account royalties are sent to, because I have opened a new bank account. How can we fix this so I can sign in?
GetHuman-robshels did not yet indicate what Kindle should do to make this right.
