Hi,*my name is Rhonda and this is the third time I have bought a new Kindle and it has just frozen.*It said it was low on battery and I put the charger in and this came up,*USB Drive Mode, then a drawing of a usb, then it says " If you want to read or shop on your kindle while continuing to charge over USB, please keep the USB charger attached, but eject from your computer.*This is exactly what happened to my last kindle and they had to send me a new one, surely there is something that can be done to get it up and running again without having to get a new one, please
