Despite the exact identifying information that jpay and the prison had for me, my name was not spelled the same - jpay had no spaces between my first and second name, while the prison did. That one space caused so many phone calls and delays until it was detected. It was the jpay operator who mentioned the issue of exactness* so she checked and discovered the problem, which was then fixed.
