The issue in GetHuman-farraj's own words
I placed an order on July *st that was set to be delivered on July **th. I made a mistake in putting the wrong shipping address. I made a request by email within * hours to change my shipping address to the billing address. It took * days for a response where I was told that J Crew could not do that because the order was too far along, but the service rep response was that they would make sure it arrived to me even if they had to request it be returned. According to both UPS and JCrew the order was completed today, but I did not receive my package.**I've been tracking the package and the last tracking place was in Denver, VA.**The order number is: **********. According to the order history the delivery was completed. Again, I did not receive my items.

GetHuman-farraj did not yet indicate what JCrew.com should do to make this right.
