I ordered a ring the **rd of April and haven't received my ring yet. Since then I have had the ***.** put back into my acct and drawn back out repeatedly every week since I placed the order. The order was last drawn from my acct at *:** am on june *th and has not been put back into my acct this time but at around midnight on june **th the ***.** was trying to be drawn back out my acct again. I'm expecting my direct deposit to post to my acct sometime today and I expect the money to be drawn out of my acct for a Second time which will total close to ****.** dollars for the ***.** ring. I have spoken to several different customer service reps about this issue with Hope's of this not being an issue I would deal with and of course the issue I feared has come to light. Please stop this from being taken from my account because this is a very large chunk of my income and I cannot afford this mistake on jc Penny's behalf to affect my family and our income. I ordered this ring on April **rd and here it is june **th and I'm dealing with this issue *momths later. I really need help with this. Please contact me ASAP
