How Do I Return an Item to JC Penney from Their Cyber Monday Sale?

JC Penney has an annual Cyber Monday sale, with discounts on a lot of their electronic items. If you made a purchase during this sale and find you need to return it for any reason, read on to learn what you need to know.

Making the Return in Person

• Go to JC Penney's home page.
• Log in to your account by clicking on the Sign In link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page.
• Click on the Return Policy link under the Customer Service header.
• Click on the Returns at Store link.
• Enter your zip code in the field provided.
• Note the address of the store nearest to you.
• Drive to the store and return the item.

If you bring the receipt with you, you will qualify for a refund or exchange. If you do not have the receipt anymore then you can only receive store credit. The store credit will be equal to the lowest selling price of the item you are returning.

Making the Return by Mail

• Go to JC Penney's home page.
• Log in to your account by clicking on the Sign In link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page.
• Click on the Return Policy link under the Customer Service header.
• Click on the Returns by Mail link.
• Print out the Return Form.
• Cut out the Return Label.
• Fill out the Return Reason using the codes provided on the form.
• Box up the item you are returning. Put the form in the box.
• Attach the return label to the box.
• Mail the box.

• Personalized items
• Monogrammed items
• Items that have been altered
• Body jewelry
• Perishable foods
• Ear piercing kits

If you made your purchase online, then your refund amount will be for the purchase price only, and will not include shipping and handling charges.
