Yes, JC Penney allows price adjustments for items purchased before they go on sale. If you purchase an item and it later goes on sale within 14 days, you can request a price adjustment to receive the discounted price. To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation. Price adjustments can be requested in-store or online through customer service. However, certain exclusions apply, such as clearance or special event items. Additionally, price adjustments cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
