Having trouble logging into my account to look at my credit card bill. I am furious about the fact that I did not receive an email, text notification, or piece of mail regarding my first payment as a Jcpenny card holder. So I had noticed that I had not received a bill in the mail so called customer service to an auto system and told me my balance was over $*** dollars when the amount i purchased was only $***. When I signed up for my Jcpenny credit card the associate never once asked me how I would like my billing set up. So I would like some clarification as to why I got no notice on my payment that was due at the beginning of the month and now I'm late for it. Thanks for your time in advance. Katelyn
