I placed order number ****-****-****-**** on March **, **** to ship to store. All but one item, a pair of sandals, is at the store waiting. Last week the sandals showed “on backorder” for literally a couple of hours (I got no notification of that, I just happened to look), and since then they have been “in transit to store”, so for about a week. There is no expected date for their arrival or way for me to track it. Can I get an estimated date they’ll arrive? I don’t want to have to make two trips to the store, and I bought the shoes for an upcoming trip. If they are not going to arrive in time, I need to buy something else. Please advise, thank you!
