Get my credit card (that I haven't received twice now) tied to online shopping, which is more convenient for me at my age.*And have it set up online for payments, etc. The credit card hotline said it is tied to "in the store" shopping, but cannot be tied to online shopping. ... I need help with getting my credit card which has been sent twice now, but not received. The credit card help line says they can't help with what I asked for.
I have been waiting since last December to be able to use my credit card for it's offers and benefits.

Since December ****. I expected to be able to do my shopping and bill paying on line, like I do other places I shop.
I've talked to the Credit Card help line twice. First, when I didn't receive the original card. They blocked it and supposedly sent a new one on the **th of February, which I have not received again. I called again today to have them tell me I couldn't get the credit card tied in for online shopping. I told them to just cancel the account then, and they told me blah, blah, blah. So I told them to not close the account, and now, I 'm trying my luck with you.
