I placed an online order ***************** on *****. According to the original email I received, the item is in transit. According to jcpenney.com customer service, the item arrived at the Wayne store. I never received a confirmation of that fact. When I call the store, no one answers at the .com department. All I want to know is - can I pick up the item? I do not want to make a useless trip to the store. No one seems willing to help me and I am extremely disappointed with your customer service department.
