UPS tracking for my order, placed ****, indicates they are STILL awaiting the package. That’s ** days since the shipping label was created. Oddly, UPS is also listing a USPS tracking number (handed off?) and that tracking number also indicates they are still awaiting the package. Anyway, I don’t believe JCP is really going to ship my item, but the money was charged to my Visa ****. How can I cancel the existing order and start over again? Order number ****-****-****-****.
