I have been contacted by a fake account pretending to be a woman. Now, they have a personal video of mine. I want their account blocked on my Instagram page. I can send you a screenshot of this person. Please contact me via email. The individual has now started harassing me through WhatsApp at +1 [redacted]. I am unable to block this person as they are threatening to share my videos on porn sites and with my friends and family. The account name to be blocked is Shahd Al Shamry 🇸🇦🇺🇸. Please take action regarding this account.

On the night of December 6, [redacted], in Taipei, Taiwan, my Instagram account suddenly disappeared and transformed into "Instagram user," causing all my content to vanish. I have not violated any Instagram community guidelines, such as using inappropriate language or following/unfollowing excessively. Due to poor wi-fi at home, I occasionally get logged out when switching accounts. Retrieving my account is crucial as I've been using it since 6th grade, and it holds many cherished memories. Yesterday, I received three messages from Instagram notifying me that someone was attempting to log in from an unrecognized device. Upon realizing this, my username was already changed, and my account was taken over. Despite my efforts to reset it, Instagram no longer recognizes my username, email, or phone number. I have spent all day trying to contact Instagram, but their customer service has been unhelpful in resolving my issue. As a public figure, I am concerned that the unauthorized individual may post inappropriate content using my account.

Two days ago, my Instagram account got disabled without any explanation. I am certain that I did not break any rules. I have submitted an appeal and sent an email holding a code along with my photo, username, and full name. Since I cannot recall the email address linked to the account, I used my current active email for correspondence. To verify my identity, I also sent copies of my passport and other documents. I lost my phone a few weeks ago, so I am concerned about the security of my Instagram account. I am urgently requesting assistance in recovering my account.

A few days ago, my Instagram account got disabled, citing guideline violations. Despite not knowingly breaking any rules, I attempted to recover my account by choosing to receive a verification code either via email or phone number. However, after entering the code and trying to set a new password, the page wouldn't load upon hitting "send." I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account. Each time I attempt to log in, an error message appears stating my account has been disabled for breaching the terms of service. Two Fridays ago, my account was hacked, and the hackers changed my password and phone number. I've been submitting videos as proof of my identity, but they keep getting denied. A friend messaged me on Instagram about a Christmas giveaway, claiming I was a winner. Initially, he requested my Cash App username to send the money, which I provided. Subsequently, he asked me to click on a link sent to my phone number, and I complied. Following this, he instructed me to share my Instagram account's backup code, which I was unsure of but eventually sent him a screenshot of what I believed to be the code. Shortly after sharing this information, I found myself logged out of my account and unable to regain access as the password and associated phone number had been changed. Despite attempting to reset the password, I discovered the hacker had already made alterations, leaving me locked out of my account.

Please delete an old account that has something unusual that I was not even aware of. Please delete it as I can't access it anymore, and I can't even log in with the other account. I would prefer it to be disabled or deleted, please. The account is under the username marlon_maury, email [redacted], but it no longer works. Additionally, one of my accounts got hacked, so I deleted it, but the Instagram one is still there.

I might be at fault, but I believe there's still a chance to restore my account. I deleted it permanently a few months ago, yet it still appears when I search for it. When attempting to reset the password, I received an SMS instructing me to "Tap to reset your Instagram password" without a link attached. Furthermore, the phone number displayed to reset the password is different from mine. Despite my attempts, the login page shows "incorrect password." I may have changed my password a while ago. It's not urgent, but since it's the holiday season, I would like to reconnect with my friends on there.

Hello, My name is Kenny, and I have a question. Whenever I go to a profile, this loading icon always appears. Please see the image attached. I always have to click on the circle with the arrow inside to get the profile to load. This started happening after the latest update. What can I do to fix this so I can access accounts and have images load automatically without having to click on the circle?

I decided to deactivate my account because it was becoming too addictive. After being away for 4 months, I returned to find that I am now soft banned, unable to follow or comment. I've tried reporting the issue through the app and also emailed Instagram, but there has been no improvement. It's frustrating because I didn't do anything to warrant these restrictions. I simply took a break and now my account is limited. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

Good day! My Instagram account tatiana_snowy has been hacked. Scammers changed the phone number and linked their email, so I no longer have access. Please investigate. The account holds personal photos of me and my child; I can verify my identity. Contacted support, received an automated response that the "account is active," but it's being used by others unrelated to me.
