Hello, I have been trying to reach out to Instagram as my account was disabled by them. Despite my infrequent posts and messages, I use the platform daily to enjoy reels and view my friends' stories. I am concerned because my account holds precious pictures of my child, which I no longer have elsewhere. I recently updated my main Instagram email, password, and phone number due to not having access to the old phone number and an error in my previous email. When trying to log in, I realized I needed a two-factor authentication code, but the options provided were either outdated phone numbers or a misspelled email. I reached out to Instagram for help, provided photo verification, and was directed back to their support. After receiving a link to reset my password and successfully changing it, I realized all notifications now go to my new email. I contacted my old phone service, but they informed me the number was reassigned. I am struggling to access my account without the necessary two-factor authentication code and need to disable it.

I typically browse Instagram to keep up with my friends' activities. However, about a day ago, I encountered an unusual situation. Upon opening the app, it prompted me to enter my phone number. Despite finding this strange, I complied to proceed. Shortly after, a message appeared stating my information would be under review for approximately 24 hours. Subsequently, I faced a white screen and lost access to my account, preventing my friends from viewing it as well. I reached out via email, providing the necessary code and a photo for verification, but received no response. I am considering taking legal action against Instagram due to a user's harmful posts about individuals, including sharing personal information and false allegations. Despite multiple reports, account "faizuuu.[redacted]" continues to post fake content about serious crimes and disturbing images. The account has caused significant distress to many people and their families. If Instagram's response is inadequate, I will gather evidence to pursue a lawsuit. The posts include sharing real phone numbers, sensitive images of victims, and harassing individuals. It is crucial for Instagram to address these harmful posts promptly.

I am certain that I can recover my account with the necessary proof of ownership. I kindly ask for assistance in reinstating my Instagram account under the username _daniellkaaa_. Its deletion has caused me distress as I will lose connection with numerous friends and family members. I suspect it may have been hacked, as Instagram claims a deletion request was made, which I can confirm I did not do. It is imperative to me to regain access to my account. Any help in reactivating it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting to update my Instagram name since I first set up the account three months ago. Despite not making any name changes before, I keep receiving an automated message stating "you can't change your name twice within 14 days," which is preventing me from altering my name at all, regardless of the timeframe. In an effort to resolve this, I removed my name completely, hoping it would allow me to add a new one. Unfortunately, I still encountered issues and was unable to add a name to my account. I even tried creating two new accounts, but ran into the same problem of being unable to add a name. It seems now that my account is left without a name at all.

My friend's Instagram account, @Officialjanessabrazil, was deactivated by Instagram two weeks ago after being impersonated for years. She is a model with 38k followers. My account was disabled because people reported that I was either under or over the age limit to have Instagram, but I am 13 years old. Since then, I've been unable to log into my official Instagram account, which is the only one I use to talk to all my friends. I am really panicking and would like to recover my account as it is very important to me. I have tried many things to regain access to my account but nothing works. I even tried sending my ID card and a photo of myself holding a paper with the provided code, my name, username, and surname written on it, but it didn't work. Please help me, I'm panicking.

Hello. I encountered an issue with my Instagram account that I am struggling to resolve. Yesterday, I temporarily deactivated my account, thinking it was a good idea. However, today I tried to reactivate it, but I couldn't log in as it said my password was incorrect. When I attempted to reset my password through SMS, the computer said "user not found," and though I tried on my phone, I didn't receive any SMS. Unfortunately, logging in with Facebook wasn't working either, presumably due to deactivating my account. Contacting Instagram support only resulted in receiving an email telling me to check their website for login help. Dear GetHuman Support Team, I need help with a serious issue regarding my Instagram account, Hagarelshafey_. Originally, it was a shared business account that has now encountered a problem due to the dissolution of the partnership. We reached an agreement that I would take full ownership of the account and email since I was the one investing money into it. I have attached a photo of the Mastercard used for this account. On November 1st, I changed the email, phone number, and password to secure my ownership. The other party, who had access to the shared email, attempted to regain control and falsely claimed ownership. Instagram has disabled the account for review and requested verification from the other person, including a photo holding an ID and a specific code. Dear Instagram Team, I encountered the following issue: On Saturday, September 19, [redacted], I deleted Instagram. Shortly after, I reinstalled the app. Now, here is the problem: Since I had set up two-factor authentication, the security code should have been sent to my phone number. However, this is my OLD NUMBER, which I no longer have access to! I then clicked on "Forgot password" and somehow managed to access my account. I disabled two-factor authentication and removed my OLD NUMBER. Subsequently, I received an email from Instagram asking me to confirm my email address, which I did. However, the confirmation code was sent AGAIN to my OLD NUMBER, even though I had already removed it from my Instagram account to avoid this exact situation. Now, when I try to log in, I see the message: "Help us confirm that this is your account. You need to confirm your identity to verify that this is your account." - the security code is ONCE AGAIN only being sent to my OLD NUMBER, and not to my email address, even though it is also listed in my account! I recently changed my Instagram password due to a hacking incident. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of my account and desperately need access. Last night, I requested to use someone else's account to contact someone because mine was not working. As a result, I was logged out. The photos on my account, particularly of my late baby cousin, are irreplaceable to me. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.
