Hello, I have had multiple accounts from when I was younger where I posted selfies. I have been able to resolve issues with most of them except for one. This particular account is causing me distress as I can't remember the password and did not link a valid email to it. Despite my efforts over the years, I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to Instagram for assistance. I am currently being bullied in high school because of this. Could providing Instagram with a current photo of myself prove my identity and help resolve this issue? I am desperate for help as the situation is becoming unbearable. The Instagram account causing me trouble is @_robingylling_. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my account because the recovery email is outdated. Microsoft and Instagram both require the same email for verification. I remember my email and old passwords but cannot access the email account linked to it. I am willing to provide ID for identity verification if necessary.

My phone was hacked on Saturday. Since then, I have been unable to like or comment on Instagram. I recovered my phone, changed all passwords, but I still encounter the same error message. I have reported this to Instagram multiple times but have not received a response. The message indicates I tried to gain likes or followers through other apps, and it mentioned it would expire on the 8th. Today is the 8th, but the issue remains unresolved.

I have an Instagram account under the handle @rosieandvava. I can't remember the email associated with it, so I'm trying to receive a code via SMS. However, after it says the recovery link was sent to my number, I never receive the message. I temporarily changed my phone number when switching providers, but now have the same one. I'm puzzled by this issue as I also attempted the "forgot password" option on my main account (where I remember all login details), and I was similarly informed that an SMS was sent to my number, but nothing came through on that account either. Please assist!

I recently discovered a fake Instagram account using the email address associated with my personal website, which is currently inactive. The account name was beecorman, linked to [redacted] and www.bradleycorman.com. The account had a disturbing bio mentioning inappropriate topics and directing users to my webpage. Upon being informed by someone who mistook the fake account for me, I took action. After failing to log in, I requested a password reset, but the reset link was sent to an email address I didn't set up. To gain access, I created the email address [redacted] and successfully reset the password for the beecorman account. Unfortunately, I hastily deleted the account without reviewing its login records. Is there any way to retrieve this information or access the account history? I seek assistance with this matter and would appreciate speaking with a customer service representative.

I am eager to have my account reinstated and am unable to access my Instagram on any other account due to receiving an error message each time I attempt to log in. I am attempting to regain access to my Instagram account linked to my dog. Unfortunately, I no longer have the phone number associated with the account and am unable to recall the email address on file. Though the account is connected to a Facebook page from my side, I am still unable to access the Instagram account. However, I do have numerous pictures on the account showing both me and my dog, which should make it easy to verify that it belongs to me.

I am experiencing issues logging into my account as it states there is no username or phone number associated. I had to delete the app due to technical problems, resulting in me being locked out of my account. When trying to recover it, I keep accessing my old accounts. I am seeking assistance in restoring my old account, with username __._simone_.__. The connected phone number is [redacted] and the email is [redacted], which is linked to several other accounts for business purposes. Despite being able to view the account from another profile, I am unable to log in correctly. Kindly provide guidance without requesting a photo and directing me to the wrong account. I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram account. I am trying to reset my password by receiving a code in my email, which I successfully received and entered. However, after selecting my phone number option, I am not receiving any code to log in. My account has been hacked, and unauthorized posts have been made. When attempting to log in through Facebook briefly, I was automatically logged out before I could address the hack. Now, I am unable to log in via Facebook as the screen remains stuck on a loading page. I am in urgent need of assistance. Thank you.

Hello! My Instagram account got disabled, and I believe it was because my friend who had access to it violated the terms without my knowledge. I realized this just yesterday. I would appreciate it if I could regain access to my account. I am committed to changing my password to ensure this doesn't happen again. I think it would be helpful if Instagram tried to prompt users to change their password before disabling the account to ascertain if the owner is responsible for any violations or if the account has been compromised. It was quite upsetting to lose access to my account over something I had no knowledge of. I kindly request to have my account reinstated, and I will promptly change the password.

Yesterday, someone accessed my account without permission and changed my phone number and email. I reported the issue to Instagram for impersonation and provided the requested information. They have since sent me an email confirming that my account has been disabled. I am concerned about the process and when I can expect to regain access. It's been almost 24 hours, and I'm worried about the family memories stored in that account.

I am reaching out to appeal the disabling of my Instagram account, waynewlett1, as it was done in error. I have not violated any community guidelines and am unsure why my account was disabled. It holds significant value in my life, and I believe this to be a mistake. I kindly request the reactivation of my account as it means a lot to me. I manage two Instagram accounts, one is zipper_atafo and the other is zipper_atafo_makeovers. Due to password issues, I currently use my work page (@zipper_atafo_make_overs). Since October 7, [redacted], I have been unable to recover the code sent to me because the email I used is no longer in use and not recognized by Yahoo. I have an active email account, [redacted], that I can access. Could you please send the password recovery link to that email so I can recover my @zipper_atafo_makeovers account? I recently updated my iPhone to the latest 14.0 version of Instagram. Since then, the app keeps crashing after about 10 seconds of use. I have tried various troubleshooting methods like restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. I am unable to stay in the app long enough to contact support through it. Managing multiple business pages in addition to my personal account, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

My Instagram account @eunicepereira was hacked on Monday, October 7th. I lost access to my email and phone linked to the account. After contacting Instagram through the help form, I received an email requesting a photo with a specific code, and provided all the information they asked for such as phone number, username, device, etc. When I log in now, only the business accounts show up. The hacked account now appears as @raphaeliman70_8g with my personal photos, except for the profile picture which the hacker changed recently. My original account is @eunicepereira, created with the email [redacted] on an iPhone using MacOS.

I connected my Instagram business account with a Facebook account, but I keep getting an error message when I attempt to run a promotion, stating that I need to link it to a Facebook account, which I've already done. I tried to create a new Facebook page to connect with Instagram, but I encountered an error message. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I switched my account from business to personal, hoping it would help, but it's requesting me to stop promotions first, even though I don't have any active promotions. When I try to delete old promotions, I face another error message. I really need to start promoting my posts, and despite my efforts, nothing seems to be working. Can anyone assist me in fixing this problem?

My account was hacked, and the email address and password were changed. I've tried to report the account as hacked to Instagram, but I haven't received the automated email I was supposed to get. The hackers pretending to be my boyfriend contacted me via email, claiming he was in trouble and asking for my phone number. I swiftly deactivated other accounts they tried to take over. They haven't deleted anything from my account or changed the username, just the login details, preventing my access. Please assist me.

I was logged out of my Instagram account about 2 months ago. I didn't add my email but I provided my phone number. I changed my phone number without updating it on my account. I want access to delete the account. To recover it, I followed the steps to take a picture with a code, my name, and username as requested in the email. However, I haven't received a reply yet.

Hi, I wanted to share my frustration about the recent change on Instagram. I used to like exploring the content that the pages I follow were liking, it introduced me to interesting new things. This feature was one of the main reasons I loved using Instagram. Now, after the update, I feel like the platform is becoming as disappointing as Facebook.
