I'm currently using a Business Profile and have been regularly promoting my posts. However, I recently promoted a post that is still pending approval even after several hours. I decided to delete it to start fresh, but when I click on "view insights" for the pending post, I don't see an option to delete or pause the promotion - just a black box indicating "N/A". What should I do next? Do I wait or is there another way to fully delete the pending promotion since I can't find that option?

My Instagram account was hacked. Upon realizing this, I swiftly changed my password and deactivated the account to enhance security. However, this move seems to have backfired. I am currently unable to access my account as it has been flagged for suspicious activities and I am in a 'Temporary Lockout' status. Despite receiving security codes on my associated email and diligently entering them, I am still unable to regain access. Every attempt to reset my password results in an error message instructing me to 'Try again', preventing me from logging in. It is frustrating as it appears someone else is also trying to access my account. I have exhaustively tried various methods, but with limited customer support options from Instagram, I am at a loss for what to do next.

Hello, I'm Paris Patterson. I'm reaching out about my Instagram account issue. A few days back, the Instagram app on my device suddenly logged me out with a message indicating my account was temporarily disabled. I'm puzzled because I haven't violated any rules. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, I keep getting the error message "Sorry, there was a problem with your request" when trying to login. Interestingly, I can access my account via the browser but not the app. I've exhausted all my options and seek your assistance in resolving this matter.

My account has been disabled, and I would like to understand the reason behind it since I have not posted any content that goes against the guidelines. I have not uploaded anything to my Instagram in approximately three weeks. The most recent post I shared was a brief video of me playing golf. If I unknowingly broke any rules, kindly point out the specific post that led to the issue. I was using IG without any problems this morning and even liked some posts. However, now in the evening, I am unable to log into my account. I believe there might have been a mix-up in identifying the account, and it was disabled by mistake.

I have two Instagram accounts, one is abballen1 and the other is Desmondallen17. I am having trouble accessing my Desmondallen17 account because I can't reset the password. Every time I try to reset the password, it redirects me to my main account, abballen1. I have changed my phone number, and I need assistance in getting back into my Desmondallen17 account without it redirecting to the other one. Thank you.

I need help recovering my account tied to [redacted] Despite trying several times to reset the password, I receive a message saying "no users found" when entering that email. Interestingly, when attempting to create a new account with the same email, the system indicates that an account with that information already exists. I tested this process on various devices with no luck. Additionally, I created a Facebook account with the same email and attempted to use it to access Instagram, but encountered more failed attempts. Could you kindly provide a login link to [redacted]?

Last week, my Instagram account @nycisthicc was reported but thankfully restored. However, when I tried to log back in, the app couldn't process the request. Following the help center's advice, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still couldn't access my main account @nycole.here. I disabled @nycole.here and remain unable to log into @nycisthicc. I even attempted to create a new account but received a violation notice without being shown the terms of agreement to agree to.

I deactivated my account a few months ago and now I have forgotten my Instagram password. The email to recover my Instagram account no longer exists because I have deleted that Gmail account. I am in desperate need of regaining access to my Instagram account. I have tried contacting the help center, but they were unable to verify my identity. I have certain proofs to support my claim of ownership for the account with the Instagram ID sha_7123. I used the email [redacted] for the account and signed up on an Android device more than 3 years ago. Thank you for any assistance you can provide in helping me recover my account.

Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to open my Instagram account where I received an error message stating, "Looks like you requested to delete this account," which led me to believe it was deleted by someone else. Hello, I am facing an issue with an Instagram user who has 28,[redacted] followers. They have been violating, bullying, and spreading false information about me on their social media, even going as far as sharing private messages with my ex-partner. The user has been soliciting paid services from my ex-partner on the platform. I am deeply concerned about the impact this is having, especially considering my ex's fragile mental health state. I believe this behavior is unacceptable and harmful. I am seeking assistance in having the user's account removed or banned from Instagram to stop this misuse of social media and protect individuals from further harm.

Hello, I go by the username Audrey.wybrew. I recently created a new account for my styling business under the email [redacted] I shared access with a friend for editing, but the account is now blocked because of an error in the login details. I'm unable to receive the code needed to unblock the account. I've tried following Instagram's help Center directions without success. Currently, I can only access my initial Instagram account (Audrey.wybrew) on the internet, not on the app due to the block. I can't see an option to create a new account. I recently signed up for a new Instagram account, but it was disabled immediately citing a violation of the rules, even before I could set up my username. Now, I am unable to use the email linked to the account. When attempting to report the issue, I am asked for a username that I haven't had the chance to create yet, making it impossible to submit the report. My account, maya_mdc1, appears to be compromised. I was prompted to reset my password, but when I attempted to do so with my original password, it was deemed incorrect. I logged into my Instagram account through Facebook, but I can't remember my password to make any changes. I usually log in with my Facebook app, but I forgot the Instagram password, and my listed phone number and email are no longer in use. My username is carlos_mia_mommy.

I am having trouble resharing posts on my Instagram story. When I try to share a post or a story, I only see a list of accounts I follow without the option to share it to my story. This problem has persisted since the feature was launched. I have attempted various solutions like reinstalling the app, adjusting settings, and researching the issue extensively. Interestingly, my other account has no trouble using this feature, but my main account, @la_venus.de.milo, cannot utilize it. This is critical to my work and education, and not having access to this feature causes significant problems for me. Despite reporting this issue multiple times over several months, it remains unsolved. I rely on this account for important matters and hope for a resolution soon.

Dear support team, I recently discovered that when I searched for my Instagram username "tashafelt_" on Google, both my current and old profile pictures were displayed. Even though I have changed my username, these pictures are still accessible without my consent. This situation is a violation of my privacy, especially since my account is set to private. I have never given any website permission to access my account, yet my profile pictures are being used without my permission. I kindly request your assistance in having these pictures removed from Google, as it is inappropriate and makes me very uncomfortable. Hello, I recently got blocked on Instagram because my account was hacked. Despite setting my account to private and changing my password, I'm still unable to like photos as my block was supposed to expire today (October 8th). Can someone please assist me with this issue? Hello, I am encountering a serious issue with my Instagram account named markflynn_golf. I am attempting to access it and permanently delete my account, but it has been compromised by a hacker who changed the password.
