As the CEO of DCAC Entertainment Inc., I wanted to address an issue we have been facing with our social media profiles. We operate a platform for goth models and their followers and have been utilizing Facebook and Instagram to promote our website and online store successfully. Unfortunately, a former employee has taken control of our Instagram account and is refusing to return it to us. Despite providing extensive evidence to Instagram support, they claimed our proof was inadequate. It is essential to note that our Instagram account was linked to our Facebook page, and we used it for advertising through Ad Manager. The account's name was changed to "Creeps and Geeks" from its original name "Dead Chicks Are Cool," which is a registered service mark. We appreciate any assistance or advice on resolving this matter effectively. Thank you.

My Instagram account, tony_daniel_tavera, has been "temporarily" locked after being hacked about two months ago. I changed my password after the hack to secure my account, but now Instagram is asking me to recover it by sending a code to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. It's been a month since I lost access to my account, and I'm unsure what steps to take next. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently got a new phone and am having trouble accessing my dog's Instagram account. The associated emails are either [redacted] or [redacted] I can't remember the password since I haven't logged in for a while. There are important photos on the account, and I would like to recover it to continue posting for her followers.

Hello, my father has an Instagram account under the name of Pastor Jeff Benner. Since October 2nd, someone has been attempting to hack his account. In the last four days, I have changed his password multiple times and added extra security measures, but the hacker keeps gaining control over the account. I am considering deleting his Instagram and Facebook accounts due to the ongoing hacking attempts. I have already changed the passwords and added extra security steps, but the issue persists. I am frustrated and unsure of what else to do. The passwords I have chosen are quite complex. The hacker is using a VPN to change their location from New York to North Carolina. I would appreciate a prompt response.

I came across an account on Tinder and messaged them on Instagram only to discover they are a scam artist attempting to convince people to send money for nude photos and a hookup. I've noticed several of these accounts on the site but there doesn't seem to be a way to report them, allowing them to continue their scams. The specific account is @ashleysmart0403. To verify, simply add her and start a conversation. She will likely progress from getting to know you to claiming she's a model/camgirl and eventually offering a hookup at a price or trying to sell explicit photos. It seems like a fake persona since a new account with the same person appeared on Tinder, linked to an Instagram with the name alphinegrey19. Please respond promptly.

A few weeks ago, I attempted to use Instagram on my phone as I usually do. However, upon opening the app, I noticed that I had been logged out for some reason. Despite my efforts to log back in using various methods, I was unsuccessful. Even after attempting to reset my password, I found that Instagram was indicating no account was associated with my email or phone number. I even tried searching for my account using a different account but could not find any trace of it. Today, I received no assistance from Instagram, and I remain puzzled about the status of my account.

I recently changed phones and encountered an issue with logging in to my main Instagram account on my new device. Despite having three accounts, whenever I try to log in, I keep getting directed to my "spam" account. I managed to access my spam and photo accounts, but the main one remains inaccessible. I am unable to interact with posts on Instagram such as liking, commenting, or following/unfollowing since September 25th. Despite this, I can still save posts and send DMs. The problem might have originated when I followed a few private accounts that promised to accept my request within a specific time frame. After they didn't follow through, I promptly unfollowed them. I suspect this behavior triggered Instagram's anti-bot measures, leading to my account being disabled. I hope to resolve this issue without creating a new account, but I might have to if the problem persists.

Hello IG, I am writing to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the video I created using Videoshowapp. It was blocked from my story due to an accusation of stealing content, despite the fact that my name, @arikebs_kitchen, is clearly visible on it, matching my page's name. I need help with my hacked Instagram account. I can't access it anymore. The phone number linked to my account is incorrect. The accurate number is +49(0)[redacted]1, but the link is being sent to a number ending in 57 rather than 41. My Instagram username is jas_pars, and the email linked to the account is [redacted] The correct phone number for this account is +49(0)[redacted]1. I didn't previously have an Instagram account, so I used to log in with Facebook. Yesterday, I decided to create a new Instagram account. After logging out from Instagram with Facebook, I successfully made the new account. Now, when I try to log in with Facebook, it only shows me the new account I just created. I need to access the new account to inform my followers. I am hopeful that Instagram can provide me with the steps needed to retrieve the new account.

I attempted to update my Instagram email to my new address since the old one is inactive. Unfortunately, this action locked me out of my account. To regain access, I need an access code sent to my old email, which I can no longer reach. It does not offer me the choice to send the code to my phone number, which is linked to the account. I want to restore my account since my intention was solely to update my email.

I created an Instagram account using my old phone number for password recovery. After moving from Oregon to New York for 2 years, I am unable to access my account as Instagram suspects hacking due to the change in location. To reset my password, I need a 4-digit code sent to my old number, which I cannot access. Despite trying to contact the current owner of the old number for the code, I have yet to receive a response. I aim to regain access to my account by updating my phone number for password recovery.

Yesterday evening, on October 6, I posted on Instagram. A few hours later, I noticed that my account username was changed from alliesrealinstagram to cheteton15arlen, my password was altered, and the recovery email was updated without my knowledge. I checked Instagram's support page, which mentioned I should have received an email regarding these changes, but I found nothing in my inbox. It seems that only the username has been modified, and thankfully, no unauthorized posts have been made. I am uncertain about what steps to take next.

A few weeks ago, my Instagram account got hacked through a deceptive login link. The hacker messaged around 60 people before I managed to change my password. Now, weeks later, Instagram locked my account and prompted me to enter a 6-digit security code sent to my email, but I haven't received any emails despite multiple attempts. My Instagram account was hacked approximately two weeks ago. I noticed the unauthorized access when I was logged out on September 29th, after having used the account on September 28th/29th. Upon attempting to log back in, I received an incorrect password error and was directed to an unknown email address "i*******h@m*****.ru" instead of my actual email, [redacted], which confirmed the hacking incident. I promptly reported the issue to Instagram via email, and although they provided a link to access a different account created accidentally through Facebook, this has occurred twice, and I remain locked out of my original hacked account.

The two recovery options provided are to receive a code via email or the phone number associated with the account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number but can access the email. Despite selecting the email option for the code, I haven't received any emails after multiple attempts. I even tried using my laptop without success. I suspect my account was locked due to a recent hacking incident, but I changed the password. To ensure receipt of the code, I will input my alternative email address instead of the connected one.
