If you believe your Instagram account was hacked and need to recover the account then click here https://help.instagram.com/contact/272476913194545?helpref=faq_content enter your username and email to the account, then click “Yes”. A new list should appear below so click “Yes” then “Yes” then “More than 10 weeks” then “2 weeks or less” from there click “Send”. You should be receive a response from Instagram within 24 -72 hours.

I was hacked on the **th April **** and woke up on the **th April **** to a hacked account. My username had been changed from 'charannehinkley' to 'gardredalsargas' but still had my photos. On looking into the issue i noticed deleted emails from instagram in my mailbox saying this person had removed my phone number, changed my email from *****@***.com to *****@***.com, changed my name and username as they also hacked my email account to do this. I reported the account as I could not access it. Now the account is suspended, I assume under 'gardredalargas' which I cannot access as all my information has been taken off the account. I have sent picture verification via email with no luck in response. I just want my account back and cannot do it without instagrams help as the account is no longer under my details. I greatly appreciate response and help as I have had none. Thank you
