Hello, my name is Kyle Barbato and I am speaking on behalf of Joshua Ravin, a professional baseball player for the Atlanta Braves. Joshua has been a verified user on Instagram since September [redacted] due to his status as a public figure and athlete. Since May 7th, Joshua has encountered difficulties logging into his Instagram account. The trouble began when he purchased a new android phone and attempted to access his account on the new device. Despite numerous login attempts and password resets, Joshua remains locked out of his account. Furthermore, a recent error message indicates that his email address is not recognized. We are apprehensive that his account may have been compromised, possibly resulting in unauthorized changes to his email address. This morning, I opened Instagram and found an image advertising online shopping sites posted on my account (@filoprato), which I did not share. I promptly deleted it and informed my followers via Instagram Stories. Shortly after, the same photo reappeared, leading to my account being disabled due to violations of Instagram's terms of use without any action on my part. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Hello, Yesterday evening, my Instagram account (@guenfiore) was deactivated. I carefully reviewed the guidelines but still cannot understand the reason. As a photographer who relies on my account, I have many important contacts among my followers acquired over the past 5 years. It would be very inconvenient for me to start over from scratch. Instagram stated the reason for deactivation as "posting inappropriate content." All the photos on my profile are my own, there are no sexually explicit nudes, and any artistic nudity is properly blurred by me. I do not excessively like or comment, and I am certain I have never posted any offensive comments. I noticed some anomalies a couple of weeks ago: I couldn't upload photos for a precise 7-day period (the uploaded photo would disappear). After the week, the service resumed, but after uploading a new photo (a portrait), the issue recurred for another week, leading to the deactivation of my account. This means I could only upload a single photo for two weeks, making the account deactivation for inappropriate content even more puzzling. Yesterday, I filled out Instagram's form to report the error, but I haven't received any feedback yet. Today, I tried contacting them again the same way, but I can no longer submit the form (I'm not sure if it's because the report can only be done once or if my account no longer exists). Hello, I am concerned as my Instagram account was disabled yesterday without a clear explanation. Instagram mentioned "publication of inappropriate contents" as the reason, which is surprising. I have been posting innocuous images in the past two weeks, devoid of any nudity. After reviewing Instagram's guidelines, I am confident this is a misunderstanding. I reached out to Instagram yesterday but have not received a response yet. Attempting to contact them again today seems restricted. On May 4th, my Instagram account was either hacked or combined with someone else's, leading to a username change from "faceotc" to "gaston_3648__cordell." Resetting my password sends the link to a different email. Thanks to Feedback Reports, I was alerted to these changes. Starting a new account on May 14th didn't help as it got hacked again. The username and email were changed to "diego_5611_monty." I urgently require a solution to this issue as I am concerned about the unauthorized access to my personal photos and details.

Hello, my name is Samantha Ryder, and I need assistance with my account, ewtiee. Since July [redacted], my account has been compromised by someone who is sending threatening messages on my behalf. This situation has caused significant issues, including being wrongly suspended from school for two weeks due to threats made by the hacker. Despite seeking help from the police and a cyber crime unit, I have not received any assistance. I am reaching out to you as a final attempt to resolve this matter. I encountered an issue with my accounts and attempted to resolve it by logging off all of them. During this process, I reset my password twice to ensure I knew it before logging back on. However, upon attempting to log in again, I received an error stating my password was incorrect. When trying to use the email recovery option, the message was sent to an address similar to mine but incorrect. Additionally, using my phone number directed me to a different account. Despite receiving emails about new posts on the correct account, I am unable to reset the password.

Hi, my name is Antonio Moriconi. Two days ago, using my account "antoniomoriconi11," I reported an account "luc4ptrainer" pretending to be me. Instead of disabling the reported profile, my account got disabled. I tried to contact support, but when filling out the form, it says the username I enter is incorrect, and I cannot proceed. I also tried reaching out to support through another account, attaching my ID, but I have not received a response yet. I am an avid user of Instagram, and my account is bllak_barbie. I have worked hard to gain a considerable following and views on my profile. I was concerned about the security of my account, so I enabled two-factor authentication. Unfortunately, shortly after setting it up and changing my phone number, I broke my phone, which led to me losing access to my Instagram app and the authentication codes. Instagram is now requesting a code that was sent to my old number "[redacted]," which I no longer have access to. I have tried to retrieve my old number without success. I would appreciate any help with this issue.

Hello, I'm Mayssa Pessoa. I'm reaching out to let you know that a hacker has stolen all my information and my Instagram account, which was verified under the account name mayssa84pessoa. I am very concerned as they have also taken all my photos from my phone. I have reported this to the authorities. This is not the first time hackers have targeted me, and this time they have succeeded. They have changed my email address and gained access to all my personal information. I inadvertently deleted my business account, feared lost forever. Requesting assistance in restoring the account crucial for my business. I acknowledge recovery is challenging but not impossible. The email can be verified through my linked phone number on my 'personal' account. Dear Instagram Help Center, I am experiencing an issue with my two Instagram accounts. Previously, both accounts shared the same password. However, recently, when attempting to access my 2nd Instagram account, I found myself logged into the first account instead. Despite numerous login attempts, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my 2nd Instagram account. I even tried logging out on the device where the 2nd account is usually open, but to no avail. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my 2nd account. This situation has left me feeling very frustrated, as I have seemingly lost my 2nd Instagram account. I have been using Instagram for almost a year, but recently, I have noticed some strange activities on my account. Each time I log in, I discover that I am following people I did not request to follow, and I am not following many of my friends anymore. Despite changing my password, I found myself unable to log in, suspecting someone else might have altered it. Today, I attempted to log in again, only to be notified by Instagram that my account is at risk of deletion due to age restrictions. As I was old enough to use the platform last year, I am perplexed by this sudden issue. Hello, my name is Amir Amuri. I participated and won The Voice. Two days ago, my Instagram account got hacked, and I have no idea how the hacker managed to access it. Today, the hacker gained entry to my celebrity account with 224K followers without using a password. It's concerning how they are changing my username, profile photo, bio, and sending inappropriate messages to my fans and other celebrities. I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account. Initially, my Instagram was linked to my Facebook, which allowed me to log in, but that is no longer working. Despite trying to reset the password, the Instagram accounts of the individuals who used my phone keep appearing. I have attempted to create a new account, but that did not help either. Hello. I wanted to share my situation with you. On April 27th, I accepted the new privacy policy. However, by mistake, I entered my birth year as [redacted], making me underage to use Instagram (I'm actually 18). As a result, my account got blocked with a message stating it will be deleted within 14 days. Initially, I considered appealing the decision but eventually decided to let the account go. It's been a month now, and my account is still blocked but visible to others, which is concerning to me.

My account, @jaylen.gaines, has been disabled by Instagram without any clear reason, similar to what happened with my previous account. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to recover my lost account and all the content, including pictures, is gone. Building up nearly 2,[redacted] followers on this account took considerable effort, and it is disheartening to lose this progress without explanation. I am confident that I have not breached any community guidelines.

After locating my account, I discovered that the login name has been changed to "keneth_6263__walker" by the hacker. It appears the additional email address associated with the account has also been altered.
