Despite my efforts to reach out to customer support through various channels, such as the app prompts, Facebook, and Instagram, I have yet to receive a response. I provided business documentation twice to address the problem, even involving my web developer from overseas to link our landing page, which I suspect might be the cause of the issue. I assure you that my web developer is legitimate, and I've shared our email exchange with the support team. On the same day, I changed the account name from "buttnaked.bod" to "buttnaked.skinfood" for strategic business reasons, and also updated the email from [redacted] to [redacted] due to hosting and domain changes. These alterations were not spam-related but part of our business alignment. We are a growing startup that was gaining traction on Instagram, and I am eager for a resolution to this matter.

This morning, while using Instagram, everything was functioning well. However, when I closed the app and reopened it, I discovered I had been logged out. An alert instructed me to reset my password for security purposes. Following the prompt, I clicked on "forgot password" and provided my email. Strangely, I was directed to a different account with no followers, suggesting a potential breach of my account. - Yesterday (24/03/[redacted]), I attempted to log in to my Instagram on my laptop.

I shared an image that was clear on my phone/desktop but appeared blurry on the other end. Luckily, it eventually corrected itself. I believe it was just a "wait-to-load" problem, but my supervisor is questioning its reliability since they are not tech-savvy. I have been posting pictures for weeks, and although people are liking them, I am not receiving notifications on my like activity feed. Even when people comment on my pictures, I am not getting any notifications. I have searched for solutions but have not found any. I want to see the likes on my activity feed, but all I see is a message saying, "when someone likes or comments, you will receive notifications here." Despite people liking my pictures, I am not receiving any notifications. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I am the business owner of Past Tense Books. Unfortunately, my step-daughter set up an Instagram account for the store, PastTenseBooks, using her email which I don't have access to. I am unable to recall the password to delete the account. We've been unsuccessful in contacting her at [redacted] To avoid confusion, I created a new account, PastTenseUsedBooks, but the old account is inactive. I've been receiving notifications about new followers on Instagram, but they are not showing up in my notifications tab. This has been happening for the past 5 days. My friend and I decided to create a new Instagram account together. Initially, not knowing the password to my personal account, I added the new account. As we posted and customized our account, time went by. Approximately an hour later, I attempted to log onto my account but encountered an error about not being active for long enough, making me concerned it might have been hacked. In an effort to reset the password, which I had forgotten a while ago, I encountered an issue stating my email was not completely linked to it. I have owned this account for quite some time, and I am anxious about the possibility of losing it.

I created an Instagram account for my business, The Wonderful Cake Company, a couple of days ago. However, I noticed that the business category was incorrectly listed as a grocery store. Despite changing it on my Facebook page, the update did not reflect on Instagram even after waiting for 24 hours. I have had an Instagram account for about a year without any issues. Recently, I changed my username on the account but forgot to update my email address. I have contacted Instagram multiple times but have not received any responses. I am facing bullying from classmates due to old photos on my previous Instagram account, which I no longer use. I cannot delete the old account as I do not remember the email or password associated with it. The old account's username is (ivette345). Fortunately, I have a new Instagram account with the username (Ivette.espinal) that I can access with the login details.
