Hello. I bought a utaker bed with two mattresses and had it shipped on August *st. The shipment had many items, and I did not notice a missing mattress until a day later. The shipping guys noticed that there was an item missing from their list, and said they would take care of it. After a week of no contact on their part, I began calling *-***-***-****. I always got the same response of “We are experiencing higher than normal contact volumes and are unable to take your call at this time”. I have been calling once a week. I have been sending emails. I have no idea how else to get in contact, because this customer service is extremely slow and non responsive. I really need the extra mattress, because the bed frame is not as comfortable by itself.
GetHuman1485313 did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
