On October *th, I ordered a Milberget chair, a table, and legs for the table. I received the legs on the first delivery attempt, but didn't receive my table nor my chair then. **I contacted IKEA support to know when the remaining items were being sent, and was told it would be a week from the time I called. When I did, they told me that it was a shipping issue and they would resend the missing item. This time around, I only got the table top delivered, and the chair was still missing. **When I got the table, I contacted IKEA again to ask where the chair was. I was told on the **rd that I'd receive the chair a week from now since it hadn't been sent. **So after receiving no response beyond that, I called them again today only to be told they'll again send it a week from now and got a bill for it sent to me for the chair.
