I ordered the Hemnes dresser in April. (Order number: ***-***-***). When it arrived, one of the wooden front-facing drawer pieces was damaged. The specific drawer is the tallest, largest, widest drawer (the biggest one). I called and had them send out a spare part (Case *********). The piece that they sent was the incorrect wooden piece and did not fit the dresser. I have since called back upwards of **-** times in order to get the new piece sent out (Case *********). What I have been told is that the piece has to come out of the Memphis store. Somehow the Memphis store did not put it in the correct queue and it was never acted upon to be sent out. Then it was out of stock. Now I have no possible answers as to why it has taken so long. I have never experienced a customer service nightmare to this extent. It has now been over * months since I ordered it and almost * months since I have had it delivered. I would just like this to be finished.
