Good afternoon. I ordered a delivery service two weeks ago and I have received anything yet. It was supposed my furniture was coming at **th of August in the evening, but they came in the morning at *.**, and I was working at that time. Furthermore, I called to reschedule my delivery and I was told you would call me, but you have noy done it in this time. After two phone calls, one Ikea worker told me that my furniture would be coming this weekend but nobody has called to me. So, I need my furniture, I paid for a delivery service that it has been wrong from the beginning and I don*t have. My number delivery is : **********I need urgently that Ikea completed the service inmediately because I moved two weeks ago and I do not have my furniture, I do no have anything due to your mistakes. I need a solution promptly. Thank you.
